The way you care about and for people, genuinely. There's nothing fake about how you care for people. You listen to every word, actually giving them your attention not trying to dismiss people and get on to the next thing. Not a "nod and smile" type of situation.

You're worth a maybe. I could be optimistic about things (for the first time in my life, really) but even still, you're definitely worth a maybe.

I really meant it when I said every aspect of life is better with you in it. You're my favorite person.

Thank you for always being up front with me, for always being honest even when it is hard. I'm really sorry the situation you're in is way more difficult than it needed to be because of decisions I made. Thank you for being forgiving of that.
